My firm is a general law practice located in Oakland, California, with a specialty in all aspects of criminal law. I have practiced mainly in Northern California and specifically in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1972. Initially, my law practice was evenly divided between civil law and criminal law. The civil law aspects of my practice consisted mainly of personal injury representation and representation of person in family law. Over the past ten years, my practice has been one of primarily criminal defense work. Although my office is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, I have represented persons throughout California and in other states and territories. This representation has included both State and Federal cases.
I have tried numerous cases and have been very successful. My success has derived from hard work and an empathetic understanding of the clients I represent. Obviously, I posses a skill level which has been consistent with a successful practice. I employ an enlightened staff and use the latest technological methods to provide quality service to my clients.
